The following pictures related to daily routines belong to some of my 4-year-old kids. Last week they surprised me trying to write in English to describe what they were drawing. They are used to write in Spanish what they are drawing, but this is the first time they do it in English. And it was spontaneously.  Of course, they wrote the words as they sounded to them.

I go to school:Los dibujos anteriores son de mis chicos de cuatro años. La semana pasada me sorprendieron intentando escribir en inglés lo que estaban dibujando. Suelen hacerlo en español cuando dibujan, pero es la primera vez que lo hacen en inglés. Y lo hicieron de forma espontánea. Las palabras las  han escrito como les sonaban, por supuesto.
